We adopt the highest underwriting standards and integrity, using prudent loan-to-value ratios, LMA standard loan documentation, and other prudent lending practices.

Précis Capital aims to be a good corporate citizen, aiding our local community and giving back. We encourage our employees to donate time to community projects and charities. Every employee has 3 Social Impact days where they can donate their time to projects with a community benefit.
